We first stayed at LVM Resort in 2004. We were so impressed when we came through the gates at the sight of this beautiful oasis. As Canadians, we were not familiar with outdoor kitchens and grass palopas. We walked through the resort and witnessed a whole new meaning of outdoor living. We met many owners on our walks through the resort and were welcomed with open arms. We met some Canadians and people from all over North America. The more people we met and the more lots we saw, the more we fell in love with LVM Resort. We have always loved Las Vegas. There is always something to do or see. Now we could have the best of both worlds: The nightlife or a relaxing day on your lot sharing a cocktail with a neighbor.
Before our ten-day holiday was over we bought a lot at the resort. We have never looked back. We have met many wonderful friends. When the fall comes we can’t wait to get on the road and head for Las Vegas. There are many activities and social gatherings that we can attend or spend a quiet evening on our own little piece of paradise. You have to see it to believe it. When we try to explain our life style to friends at home with pictures and stories, they have a hard time visualizing what we are talking about. When they come to visit they are blown away. My experience with Jim Dahl, was amazing. I would receive emails of homes weekly and I would pick out the homes that I wanted to see in person. Jim never did waste my time, nor did he take me to homes that I did not want to see. Jim went above and beyond his duties to help me out, I was out of the country for two months and he still sent me listings and kept me updated while I was gone on homes. When I got back he took me to a new home and I fell in love with the home. Jim helped me out with the whole process, including the final walk through on the home. Without Jim, I don’t think I would have had a great experience. He made the process of buying a home less stressful than it could have been.
